In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, ValiMor Studio had adopted the following protocol for the health of students, their families, and teachers:
- Students must wear a mask within the main part of the building. Mask usage within ValiMor Studio space will be dependent on the infection rate within the region, and will be determined by the instructor.
- Hand sanitizer is available by the front door and in the studio.
- Students must provide all writing utensils and other office supplies they choose to use during lessons. A personal drawer is provided for each student to store these.
- The waiting area has been revamped to allow for dance students to adhere to social distance guidelines. ValiMor students are to wait in the hallway directly outside the studio door. There is no public waiting area; parents picking up students must wait in their vehicle. Students should be dropped off and collected directly before and after their scheduled lesson.
- Students are not to come to lessons if they have any symptoms of Covid, or if their family has been quarantined due to contact. Online lessons are available for any students unable to attend in-person lessons due to Covid or any other illness.
- Students will not be charged if they are unable to attend lessons due to Covid. If a student attends a lesson with symptoms of Covid, the parent will be called to pick up their child immediately and will be charged for that lesson.
